Common questions
Do you offer the dairy farm and gate management systems as SaaS?
Yes. Both are available as subscription software that we host and maintain, so you can start without building your own system. We can also set up a dedicated instance or customise either product for your organisation.
Can you help us register on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store?
Yes. We guide you through developer account registration, prepare your store listings, and handle submission, review and release updates on both stores.
Can you host our app?
Yes. We host app backends, APIs and web applications on our platform, with monitoring, backups and periodic security updates included.
Can you add M-Pesa payments to an existing system?
Yes. We integrate M-Pesa Express (STK Push), Paybill, Till, B2C payouts, Dynamic QR and Bill Manager as standalone modules that connect to your existing website, app or back office. For card payments, we integrate PesaPal.
Do I need separate M-Pesa shortcodes to collect and pay out money?
Usually, yes. Safaricom does not let a shortcode used for collections (Paybill, Till or STK Push) also be used for B2C payouts, so a business that both receives and sends money, such as a lender, needs one shortcode for each. We help you plan and apply for the right shortcodes before development starts.
Can my business send bulk SMS?
Yes. Our SMS dashboard lets you send single messages or bulk SMS to your contact lists from your browser, with delivery reports for every send.
Can we send notifications to specific groups instead of the whole list?
Yes. You can segment your contacts by region, plan, last purchase, outstanding balance, activity or any custom field you import, save that segment and reuse it. The same segment works for SMS, email and in-app notifications, and delivery reports and opt-outs are tracked per segment.
Do you build systems for distributors and field sales teams?
Yes. We build field sales applications where agents plan and run routes with GPS-stamped check-ins at each outlet, keep a customer file per outlet, record sales and collections at the counter, count the customer's remaining shelf stock to drive reorders, and capture market analysis at the stop: location, shelf visibility and facings, competitor pricing and competitor advertising, with photos. Head office sees coverage, strike rate and sales per agent, route and region.
